Yes! We are willing to provide our services to perform ceremonies scheduled any time of the day. Our 10am-6pm operating hours are when our clients can expect to receive communications from us, and the window of time each day during which we schedule our consultations.
No, Coppola Ceremonies does not provide props or materials for our ceremony add-ons. Our add-on service prices reflect the officiant's work curating and writing additional ceremony script elements and directing them during the ceremony. Coppola Ceremonies is a wedding officiant service, not a retailer. Therefore, our clients must purchase and transport their own add-on materials to their ceremony.
Technically no. As a Minister ordained by American Marriage Ministries (AMM,) which is considered a non-denominational church, Veronica does not have the legal authority to perform civil ceremonies. She can, however, still perform religious or non-religious legally binding marriage ceremonies.
Absolutely! Coppola Ceremonies is inclusive of all peoples, cultures, and faiths and we are totally LGBTQ+ friendly. If you believe in your union, so do we.
As soon as possible. When you know that you want to get married, please feel free to reach out to us. We'll help you get the ball rolling. We do, however, offer Rush Booking (14 days' notice or less) for an additional fee. Please see our Add-Ons page under our menu for pricing information.

Yes. A 30% non-refundable retainer, as well as any applicable travel fees, are due at the conclusion of your consultation if you decide to book with us to lock in your ceremony date. The remainder is due any time before your ceremony is performed. You may pay the remainder as late as the day of the ceremony.
We understand that plans can change. To reserve your wedding date, we require a 30% non-refundable retainer. Cancellations 24 hours before the ceremony may receive a refund for any payments made beyond the 30% non-refundable retainer. Once the ceremony is performed, however, all fees are non-refundable. We are also happy to work with our clients to reschedule their event if necessary. One reschedule may be accommodated based on availability. Keep in mind that once you pick up your marriage license, you will need to have your ceremony within the 30-day period that the license is valid, or you will have to reapply.
